Charcutie of Nola is run by none other than Marissa Marquez - a fairly fresh New Orleans resident, world traveler and a California native. She and her husband moved back stateside just a year ago to finally put down roots in his hometown. Passionate about food, culture and the world of hospitality, she's already made The Big Easy her oyster!
